WINDVERSTÄRKUNG

Am unteren Ende der Seitensäulen wird eine Windverstärkung um die Seitenführung herum angebracht, um die Windlastbeständigkeit des Tores zu erhöhen. Der untere Teil des Torbehangs ist am stärksten durch Windlasten gefährdet. Diese Verstärkung verhindert, dass der Behang aus den Seitenführungen herausgezogen wird.

Besonderheiten des HSC901AP:

Auffahr- und Rückstellsystem

Wird ein Tor während des Betriebs von einem Fahrzeug angefahren, absorbiert der widerstandsfähige Torbehang den Aufprall und löst sich aus den Seitenführungen, wodurch Schäden minimiert werden. Beim nächsten Öffnungs- und Schließzyklus fährt das Tor automatisch wieder ein. Diese einzigartige Funktion macht das Tor crashsicher und reduziert Schäden, Produktionsausfälle und Reparaturkosten.

Lichtvorhang

Der Lichtvorhang ist eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung, die den Kontakt mit einem schließenden Tor über die gesamte Breite und bis zu einer Höhe von 1,6 m verhindert.

Fenster, Sichtfenster und Insektenschutzgitter

Um den Tageslichteinfall zu erhöhen oder die Sicht bzw. Belüftung zu verbessern, kann der Torbehang mit Fenstern, Sichtfenstern oder Insektenschutzgittern ausgestattet werden. Fenster und Insektenschutzgitter haben feste Größen und sind in einem vordefinierten Raster angeordnet. Ein Sicht- oder Insektenschutzgitter befindet sich immer über die gesamte Breite des Torbehangs.

 

Weicher Bodenträger

Der weiche Bodenträger ist eine flexible Bodenabdichtung mit einem drahtlosen Sensor. Bei einem Fahrzeugaufprall löst sich der Behang von der Seitensäule und stellt sich während der Bewegung oder beim nächsten Öffnungsvorgang automatisch wieder zurück.

Torbehang

Der Torbehang besteht aus einem einzigen Stück PVC-Gewebe. Er rollt sich über der Türöffnung auf und benötigt wenig Platz.
